NYS-ESG Session 3 – Étienne Bellemare

The NYSESG Pilot Project is fortunate to benefit from invaluable in-kind facilitators who continue to contribute their time and knowledge to the school sessions.

Last Thursday, we had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Étienne Bellemare, a son of the soil based in Brussels, who delivered a session on sustainability and renewable energy, with a special focus on solar technology.

The eager participants were fully engaged as Étienne guided them through the basic elements of solar system design for both commercial and residential applications. Most importantly, the hallmark of Étienne’s session was the emphasis on the positive impact of solar technologies in reducing energy consumption levels.
