Cavelle Joseph-St. Omer is a globally recognized human resources executive with over 20 years of experience in talent management, HR technology, and organizational development. As President of the Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago, she has pioneered initiatives like the C-Suite Conversations and HR Legacy Awards, aimed at reshaping HR’s strategic role in workforce preparation, reskilling, and innovation.
Cavelle has held senior leadership roles, spearheading initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee development. She is also the first President of the UWI Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business Alumni Association and the Caribbean Institute for Human Resource Management (CaIHRM). Her board memberships include Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago and the National Training Agency. Recognized regionally and internationally for her contributions, Cavelle remains dedicated to advancing human capital development across the Caribbean.
