Ermath Nicholas Harrington is an international business consultant and the Founder and Managing Director of HARCON Harrington Consulting Limited. With extensive experience in organizational development across public, private, and civil society sectors at the national, regional, and international levels, Ermath specializes in strategic planning, performance management, balanced scorecard design, process re-engineering, and change management. He also serves as a member of the Council of the University of the West Indies, chairing the Chancellor’s Governance Implementation Committee.

Mr. Harrington has over 25 years of experience in global civil society leadership roles, including with the Global Water Partnership (Caribbean) and the Global Environmental Facility (GEF). As a Sustainability and ESG Lead, he has participated in numerous United Nations forums, including the UNFCCC and UNEP, demonstrating a deep commitment to advancing environmental and governance objectives globally.
