He has successfully managed annual revenues exceeding $275M and driven a 400% growth in NPAT and shareholders’ equity within two strategic planning cycles. Dexter’s international exposure includes expatriate assignments in Anguilla and East Africa, as well as managing regional contracts across South America.

As the CEO of United Independent Petroleum Marketing Company Limited (Unipet), Dexter is spearheading the company’s transformation from a liquid fuel business to a sustainable impact business. This strategic shift is underpinned by integrated governance, risk management, and compliance approaches, with a focus on ESG principles and alignment with SDGs 1, 7, 13, 16, and 17.
