NYS-ESG Session 8 – Cavelle Joseph – St. Omer

As we transition into a sustainable future, the workforce of tomorrow must be prepared to embrace the tenets of this evolving world, equipping themselves for stewardship of sustainability and active engagement with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors. The Human Resources Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago (HRMATT), aware of this shift and positioned at the forefront of next-generation trends and thinking in HR, was represented by its President, Cavelle Joseph – St. Omer SHRM – SCP, MBA, B.Sc. during the NYSESG Training phase of the project. She delivered a well-received presentation on “Sustainability and ESG in the Workplace.”

Awareness among the young participants was notably raised, as they gained a clear understanding of the expectations for a future workforce—namely, themselves—and the requirements they would need to meet in the organizations where they will be employed.
